For the base
this measurement for two pizza
Plain flour –3 cups
Sugar – 1 tbs
Salt – as required
Yeast – 1 tsp
olive oil – 2 tbs or butter
water as reqrd
Luke warm milk – half cup
for the tomato sauce,
garlic chopped -2tsp
tomato paste 2 tsp
Heat a saucepan to medium and add oil.add chopped garlic ,onion,saute well ,when onion becomes soft add tomato cook well it should be like paste ,lastly add oregano ,tomato paste.mix well,
knead the dough until you have a smooth ball. If the dough cracks it is too dry. Add water bit by bit until if forms a nice coherent ball. If your doug feels more like batter, it is too wet and you need to add flour bit by bit. If you need to add water or flour, do it by small amounts.
coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large bowl and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. Let the doug rise for about an hour at room temperature,
Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into the shape ,dough is about 1/4" thick,, Punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven.
first tomato paste then cheese,,
put ur own toppings..
[first add little mozeralla cheese then add one by one of topping ingredients,then oregano,lastly add both cheeses]
bake the pizza in ur oven 180 dgr for 15 to 20 mnts
meat mince 100 gms
onion finely chopped 1/2
mix all together make small ball bake at 180 to 20 mnts
