LEMON JUICE or vinegar 1 tbsp
SALT
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1tbsp
RED CHILLI PWDR 2 tsp
RED COLOUR a pinch
jeera pwdr 1/2 tsp


few curry leaves finely chopped

maida 1 tbs


first cut the chicken to pieces ,then drain the water ..first marination with lime juice and salt ,keep it aside for 10 mnts.mix ginger garlic paste ,chilli,colour ,jeera pwdr, curry leaves and apply ths to chicken ,this is the second marination ,refrigerate for 2 hours ,beat wgg wth maida add this mixture to chicken and deep fry .

coriander pwdr 1 tsp
saunf pwdr 1 tsp
pepper pwdr 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
salt 
lemon juice  2 TSP
FRESH parsley 2 stalk
mint leaves 2 stalk
coriande leaves few
shallost 8 pieceS
make paste of all these marinade chicken for few hours ,after tht arrange the chicken ,capsicum diced ,onion diced ,toamto diced alternately  INTO grill stick then grill ,
