STUFFED CRUST -SEA FOOD PIZZA



FOR THE BASE
allpurpose flour 1 1/2 cup
yeast 1/2 tsp
brown sugar 1 tsp
salt
warm milk 1/4cup
warm water enough for dough
BUTTER 1 TBSP




knead the dough until you have a smooth ball. If the dough cracks it is too dry. Add water bit by bit until if forms a nice coherent ball. If your doug feels more like batter, it is too wet and you need to add flour bit by bit. If you need to add water or flour, do it by small amounts.
coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large bowl and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. Let the doug rise for about an hour at room temperature, 


for the tomato sauce,


OLIVE OIL,2tbs
garlic chopped -2tsp
onion -1[chopped]
tomato-4 
tomato paste 2 tsp
oregano pwdr
salt
Heat a saucepan to medium and add oil.add chopped garlic ,onion,saute well ,when onion becomes soft add tomato cook well it should be like paste ,lastly add oregano ,tomato paste.mix well,




for the toppings [topping is depends on ur taste]
prawn 10
squid few piece
mozerella cheese 100 gm
cheddar cheese 50 gm


sliced onion
tomato diced few
red nd green capsicum finely sliced few


heat a pan wth little olive oil add oinon sliced saute add prawns wth pepper and salt cook till done


cook squid seperate wth pepper and salt in hot water for 7 mnts,replace ths in cold water for soften ths drain water.


STRING CHEESE 6 
place string cheese on the edges of base then fold.
add all topings one by one bake at 200 dgr for 20 mnts

CHICKEN BBQ PIZZA


 pizza base -1
chicken breast 2 cut in lengthwise
barbeque sauce 1/2 cup
pepper powder
salt
white onion1/2
garlic 2 chopped
heat a pan with olive oil add white onion and garlic saute then add chicken breast add pepper and salt cook ,lastly pour bbq sauce
cook for 5 more mnts..
on pizza base spread cooked chicken then cheese, oregano and bake
 FOR 20 minutes

SUPER SUPREME PIZZA


PIZZA

Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into the shape ,dough is about 1/4" thick,, Punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven.
Put tomato sauce.
Put on your favorite pizza toppings.
first add little mozeralla cheese then add one by one of topping ingredients,then oregano,lastly add both cheeses
bake the pizza in ur oven 180 dgr for 15 to 20 mnts
 

VEGETARIAN PIZZA

TOPPING

toppings as ur taste\my topping is ;meat ball ,pepperoni,black olives ,tomato &onion.
CHEESE- MIXTURE OF 'MOZERELLAND CHEDDAR

add 1 tsp of olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano. This makes the cheese juicy and doesn't let it dry out while baking.

 CREAMY CHICKEN MUSHROOM PIZZA 
The rich smoothness of French creamy mushroom chicken ,with a creamy pesto sauce ,along wth heart helping of tenderchicken breast wth mushroom,,



PESTO SAUCE

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic
1 large bunch Basil leaves (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup pine nuts
salt
fresh ground, black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions

Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
Mince the basil leaves.
Blend garlic, basil, and 1/2 cup olive oil, and cheese in a food processor or blender. Use low speed and stop often to stir.
Gently blend in remainder of olive oil and the pine nuts.
Let sit for an hour before using.



CREAMY MUSHROOM

Things You'll Need:
1 skinless chicken breast cut into strips or chunks
1 cup fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Pint heavy or light cream depending on preference (I use heavy cream)

Tbsp. corn starch (if needed)



Heat oil in large skillet.MARINADE CHICKEN WTH PEPPER AND SALT THEN COAT IN FLOUR. Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink on the inside. Remove and set on a plate. Keep warm.MAKE SLICE




To the same skillet, add onions and saute. When onions are cooked, slightly browned and limp, add mushrooms and saute together.

When mushrooms and onions are cooked and tender, return chicken to skillet and heat through. Add cream and bring to a simmer, stirring often to keep from burning and/or scalding.

Sauce shouldn't be too thick, but it shouldn't be runny, either. If you want a thicker sauce, add a little of the corn starch, a sprinkle at a time until you reach desired consistenCY


PLACE PIZZA DOUGH FIRST THEN SPREAD PESTO SAUCE THEN MASHROOM GRAVY THEN CHEESE AND BAKE

first spread tomato sauce on pizza base then cheese ,chicken, onion, tomato .then bake when half done add chopped parsley and zathar powder..

first roll dough and make small  squares tht fit into ur muffin bowl,,then press down squares  in to muffin bowl then pre bake for 10 mnts at 150 dgr , spread tomato paste  then filling last shredded cheeses then bake for 15 to 20mnts  at 180 dgr
