Shami A Gafoor: Abudhabi, United Arab Emirates; I am Shameera, a busy mother of four and married to Abdul Gafoor Puzhakkal .We are from Kerala ,India and now live in Abudhabi ,UAE . I began cooking not as a passion but as an obligation. But more recently, cooking has turned into something more than a mere obligation. My biggest inspiration in cooking has always been my dear Mother, Fatima Muhammed kunhi. She's an excellent cook of our regional dishes(malabar dishes ). You're all welcome to my virtual kitchen.
